We process personal data to operate the website, assess eligibility, onboard clients and investors, conduct AML / KYC / sanctions checks, provide services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, manage risk and conflicts, and maintain records. Lawful bases include contractual performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests and, where required, consent.
Your rights

Scope & no public offering
IMX is authorised to carry on the Regulated Activities granted under its Financial Services Permission, subject to its conditions. Funds managed by IMX are offered only to eligible Professional Clients on a private placement basis, by way of the relevant Private Placement Memorandum and subscription documents. Nothing on this website constitutes a public offer of securities in any jurisdiction.
Verifying our status
The FSRA maintains a public register of Authorised Persons. Visitors may verify the regulatory status of IMX Funds Limited through the FSRA public register available via the ADGM website.

The following relate to investing in funds managed by IMX Funds Limited. This list is not exhaustive; full risk disclosures are contained in each fund's Private Placement Memorandum.

- Illiquidity and lock-up — capital should be expected to remain committed for the full term.
- Long investment horizon — returns, if any, are typically realised only on exit.
- Capital calls — failure to fund may result in penalties, dilution or forfeiture.
- Valuation uncertainty, blind pool risk and concentration risk.
- Operational, key-person, regulatory, tax and currency risk.

IMX is committed to combating money laundering, terrorist financing, proliferation financing, bribery, corruption, fraud and breaches of financial sanctions, and is subject to the FSRA Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions Rulebook, applicable UAE federal AML legislation and international sanctions regimes.
Our programme
A business-wide risk assessment; risk-based customer due diligence; beneficial ownership verification; source of funds and wealth review; PEP and sanctions screening; ongoing monitoring; MLRO oversight; suspicious activity reporting; and training and record-keeping. 08 — Conflicts of Interest
IMX is required to identify, manage, monitor and, where appropriate, disclose conflicts of interest. These may arise in relation to managing more than one fund, allocation of opportunities, co-investment, dealings with portfolio companies, the operating partner network, service-provider relationships, personal account dealing and inducements.
How we manage conflicts
IMX maintains a Conflicts of Interest policy and Conflicts Register, organisational and administrative controls, disclosure of personal interests, escalation to the Investment Committee, Compliance Officer and Board where required, and client disclosure where organisational measures are insufficient.

Please include your contact details, the matter concerned, relevant dates and the outcome you are seeking.
What happens next
IMX will acknowledge your complaint in writing within five business days and provide a substantive response within eight weeks of receipt, or sooner where reasonably possible. Records are kept in accordance with FSRA requirements.
